It looks like you don’t want cell phones to be used on the planes. The FAA seems to agree with you, and has withdrawn its previous support of the change.

There has been lots of reports and discussion about the possibility of cell phone use being allowed on airlines.
Currently, cell phones must be turned off prior to closing the main cabin door, remain off during flight (unless they hae a dual mode/non-transmit option), and can be turned back on again and used during taxi in.

Ten days ago, I posed the question:
In light of the new travel restrictions, will you be changing any of your plans?
71% of you plan on going right on ahead with your plans, while only 6% of you plan to cancel or reschedule. 24% of you had no plans to change — darn!
