FREE Admission on Museum Day
September 30th is Museum Day.
Sponsored by the Smithsonian Institute (which never charges admission), museums across the country will be joining in with the theme, and offering free admission as well.
Check out the participating museums in your area, and then download the Museum Day Card. The card is good for two people at any of the participating museums. There are a few restrictions: good only for general admission, not valid for special exhibits or IMAX screenings, valid only on September 30th, 2006.
This is an offer everyone can take advantage of, whether you’re a regular museum visitor, or just want to try something new. And if you haven’t been to a museum in years, you now have one less excuse!
