Free Airport Wireless
If you are a “connected” kind of guy or gal, chances are you are aware of where you can get wireless access. If you are “connected” kind of guy or gal who travels, chances are you are aware of which airports have wireless access available. And, if you are like most travelers today, you try to keep up with which airports offer FREE wireless access.
It still amazes me that all airports don’t have wireless access available. I understand, although I disagree with, the need to charge for access, but the notion that it isn’t even available still boggles the mind.
Here’s the current list of U.S. airports that are reported to have FREE wireless access:
LAS ““ Las Vegas, Nevada
LEX - Lexington, Kentucky
AGC ““ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
BDL ““ Hartford, Connecticut
PDX ““ Portland, Oregon
FLL ““ Fort Lauderdale, Florida
MIA ““ Miami, Florida
PHX ““ Phoenix, Arizona
ABQ ““ Albuquerque, New Mexico
Please help me keep this list current. If this information is no longer accurate, or if you know of other airports that should be added, please send me an email or post a comment here, and I will try to update the list monthly.

I’m looking forward to your blog, Mary Jo. My husband and I do a great deal of business travel throughout the US, carrying our laptops with us. It’s good to know where we can find free airport wireless as well as other wireless connections.
