Last Chances to See King Tut

by Mary Jo Manzanares on September 18th, 2007

Earlier this year I wrote about a great trip to Philadelphia, and a chance to view the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs  exhibit at the Franklin Institute (222 North 20th Street. 20th & Benjamin Franklin Parkway).

If you’ve been putting off visiting the exhibit, you have about a week and a half left before the exhibit leaves Philly and heads over to London.

Tickets are $32.50 for adults, $30 for students, seniors, and military personnel (ID required), and $17.50 for children ages 4-11. The tickets are timed for entry in 30-minute increments. Advance purchase of tickets can be done online, and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Although viewing times have been extended, and additional entry slots have been added on, many days and times are already sold out.

Those who can’t make it to Philadelphia to see the exhibit in person, will have to be satisfied watching this video.
