Marriott Brand Goes Smoke Free
Marriott International is the latest hotel chain to switch to a smoke free environment in all guest rooms and common areas.
Responding to guests who complain about the lingering smell of smoke in the room, the policy goes into effect in September and will apply to all hotels with the Marriott brand (Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Renaissance, Courtyard, and Fairfield Inn).

Yeah. As a non-smoker, this is good news. You never do really get the smoke out of the rooms after smokers stay in them.

I know. I can always tell if a room has had a smoker in it. Even if they didn’t smoke in the room, the tell-tale odor from their clothes remain.
