Matchbook Monday: Circo Las Vegas
Today’s Matchbook Monday is one that I picked up during a trip made to Las Vegas earlier this spring. I attended an event catered by Circo, one of the fine dining restaurants at the Bellagio.
Circo offers upscale Tuscan fare (and corresponding upscale prices) in elegant surroundings that over look a faux Lake Como. It is open for dinner daily 5:30-10:30 pm – unlike a real Tuscan restaurant where you wouldn’t find a dinner seating before 7:30 pm.
All kidding aside, the food was quite delicious and the presentation beautiful.
Circo also has a location in New York City.
