Outdoor Adventure Resource Site
I’ll be the first to admit that my idea of outdoors activities is a little different than many people. I enjoy picnics, walks, a nicely paced bike ride, and an occasional outdoor concert, made even better with a bottle of wine.
Roughing it just isn’t my thing. But for many people, it isn’t really a vacation unless it’s an outdoor adventure.
If that’s your cup of tea, check out Gorp.com, a resource site which covers all sorts of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, rafting, camping, fishing and more. They have lots of resources, covering a variety of destinations, activities, and gear. There is also a photo gallery, complete with photos available for downloading as a screen saver.
It’s a helpful resource for all of you outdoor enthusiasts.

The Indian AutoRickshaw Challenge is now accepting applications for participation in its inaugural rally event, which will start on August 21 and wind its way nearly 1,000 kilometers (roughly 590 miles) through the scenic Tamil Nadu region of Southern India. The winner of the Indian Auto Rickshshaw Challenge will be declared the Auto Rickshaw Rally World Champion.
