One of my most enjoyable weekend trips is to spend time wine tasting in the Napa Valley (California). While several large, major wineries are located in Napa, I’ve found that some of the most fun are the smaller, limited production, family wineries.

i am hopeing to own my own vineyard some day. I am going to schcool for culinary…then in college i am going to go for hotel resturant (and other buisnesses) managment. My dream is to open a popular club in LA and a Vineyard in Napa and then eventually a high class resturant/hotel…. but that will not be for a while probably.
