Details: The Transamerica Pyramid, located at 600 Montgomery, has become one of the most recognized buildings in the San Francisco skyline. It was completed in 1972, and for a couple of years was the tallest building west of the Mississippi. The building has 48 floors, the largest of which is the Fifth floor with 21,025 square feet. The smallest floor is the 48th, with only 2,025 square feet.
