Rev it Up at Indianapolis Motor Speedway
Indianapolis Motor Speedway, located in Speedway, Indiana (and completely surrounded by Indianapolis) is the home of the Indianapolis 500, and is the second oldest remainnig auto race track in the world. For you trivia buffs, the oldes is the Milwaukee Mile.)
Speedway capacity, including the permanent seating and the infield seating, is approximately 400,000 making it the highest capacity sporting facility in the world.
Although the track is known primarily for its Indy Car races, it has also hosted Formula One and NASCAR races.
The Indy 500 will be held this weekend, as it is every year, over Memorial Day Weekend.

I consider NASCAR events thrilling, and at the other end of the spectrum, I also love golf.
I’ll be in Orlando next week and plan to visit the local speedway, one that is named after one of the famous drivers. If possible, I’ll zip around the course. That should get my energy jumping and give me a whole new perspective on life.

Being from Indy, I can tell you experiencing the race track for yourself is a great time. I’ve been to every F1 race since it started here, but regretfully won’t be attending this year even though I’ve got tickets already. BUMMER! My wife suprised me with a weekend in Cincinnatti with my son for a Reds game on Father’s Day.
