Time to Head Off to Amalfi Coast
Today I’m headed down to the Amalfi Coast, where I’ll be staying for a week. I plan to spend some time wandering the streets and hills of Sorrento and Positano, going over to Capri, and checking out the ruins of Pompeii.
Let’s hope Mt. Vesuvius won’t be erupting while I’m there –

The Amalfi coast is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. I particularly like the towns of Sorrento and the surrounding villages. It is hard to determine where a village ends and another one begins but if you life there long enough you get the knack. The drive from one town to another is certainly one of the best I have ever experienced.

Sorrento was great! I loved the architecture and wandering the streets. I sure wouldln’t want to drive there, though.
